Dr. Ahmad Fayad – Dentist/Owner
I am a graduate of Dalhousie University, from the Faculty of Dentistry with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I have over 12 years of clinical experience. I am well trained in all areas of restorative dentistry and have a special interest in both cosmetic and orthodontic procedures. I know that for many people, the dental office is their least favourite place, however, you are family and we treat our family with the utmost love and respect and strive to make our office as welcoming and comfortable as possible. My philosophy of service to you, combined with the support of our friendly, educated team creates excellence in both oral care and clinical results.
Dr. Heider – Dentist
Dr. A. Heider received his first dental degree, Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Honours, in 1994 from Cairo University Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine. He was appointed to the Department of Orthodontics where he completed a 3-year specialty training in addition to a Master’s and Doctor’s Degrees in Orthodontics. He worked as an Associate Professor of Orthodontics, Cairo University till 2015. Dr. Heider has special interest in research and has publications in internationally recognized orthodontic journals. In 2018, he received his second dental degree, Doctor of Dental Surgery, with Honours from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry and was awarded 5 Awards of Excellence in various dental disciplines. Dr. Heider is a registered general dentist in Alberta and works hard to keep his skills current through continuing education programs and self-directed study.
Outside the office, Dr. Heider enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. They love hiking, fishing and swimming.
