Stopped going here in the last year as I noticed their service is declining. In my kid's last visit I ended up paying... out of pocket because the elderly lady that works at the front desk booked us 2 appointments within almost 6 months period ( 2 days short)only one is generally covered by insurance within that period. My new dental receptionistLotus dental explained to me how it works. I know it is my responsibility to know my coverage, yet as a customer I expect some courtesy from people doing it every day instead of handing me their attitude, telling me I don't have insurance. BTW, the elderly lady is rude to patients here. Above is some advice for people visiting this dental office.I gotta say the dentist here was always nice and professional.read more

Lovee everything about lessard dental! From the ladies at the front desk, to the assistants, and the docters! They are... so welcoming and make you feel super comfortable! Dr. Fayad is very proffesional, i had a root canal and filling done today and he made sure I wasnt in any pain during the procedure and he is very gentle! I booked in quickly and was pleasantly surprised about that. The reception people were friendly and I was taken to get... X-rays within 5 minutes. Every staff was polite and respectful. The dentist was honest and showed me where the problem was. Took pictures so I could see what he was talking about as well. They booked my next appointment and gave advice to help me in the future.read more

The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful when I have establish this relationship with this clinic for 5 years.... The manager was not very warm and welcoming and she likes to argue with me. Front desk team was very friendly and helpful especially with my several questions regarding insurance. I had my... procedure done by Dr. Maged. He is very professional, super friendly, and has a legendary magical hand. I did not feel the local anesthetic needle for the first time. I had my filling and cleaning done and after I went home my mouth did not feel as sore as it usually does after any dentist appointments. He did not push any services that were not needed and fees was very reasonable. I strongly recommend Dr. Maged and Lessard Dental for your next dentist appointment.read more

So I can't say enough good things about this practice. These are literally the friendliest people through and through.... I have several cavities I'm getting sorted out and the experience has been so good--Dr. Fayad is always checking to make sure am comfortable and ok and schedules ample time for my visits so it never feels rushed. The receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable. They always answer my questions and have been up front about everything. They have complimentary coffee and drinks to make you feel comfortable. A pretty decent sized area for children to play with lots of toys. It is very clean and bright. They haven't been judgmental over ANYTHING. Very happy with this clinic.read more

I went to this great dentist 40 days ago, ready to have my teeth pulled and get dentures. They told me they could be... fixed with alot of work. I've had 12 visits in these 40 days (4 in a row at one point) finally reached the finish line. I had 10 monster cavities filled two extractions and a partial denture put in. I had two Root Canals done by Dr. Fayad , he is such a caring and professional dentist. He cares for your health and... fearful emotions as much as he cares for your teeth. He finished the Root canal in one appointment and he put me at ease. I will definitely come back for my check ups and cleaning as well as my family because I know I will be in safe hands. I also very much liked the assistants and the hygienist as well as the receptionists , they are all welcoming and friendly.
